Vicente Ferrer Project
The project 'Women, strength and change': participation in the classrooms around the SDGs, diversity, prejudice and discrimination, is an education project for global citizenship that seeks to sensitize and educate the youth of Alicante about the major global problems that seeks to solve the 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The objective of the project is to publicize and reflect on this global Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), fostering the commitment of Alicante youth so that in their day-to-day life they are aware of the impact of their attitudes, actions and behaviors regarding issues such as inequality, gender relations, discrimination, diversity and disability, promoting their own participation and collaboration in the construction of innovative solutions from the local, thus becoming an active agent of social change.
