Via Roma Zero

Comune di Reggio Emilia

The “Via Roma Zero” street museum enhances a district in the historic center of Reggio Emilia, a laboratory of social innovation, sustainability and gender equality.

It was created by the will of a local community that has been taking care of the area for years through festivals, artist residences, a garden park, a neighborhood newspaper, apps and podcasts.

With the contribution of Shaping Fair Cities, a "Garden of the Uncultivated" was also created, with the participation of citizens, and a workshop aimed at women that investigates immigration through theatrical language, in particular the phenomena of social inclusion / exclusion.
